Sublimation Print Service — Your File, Our Press

SUBLIMATION PRINT SERVICE — YOUR FILE, OUR PRESS. You have the design. You have the press. What you need is the print. We print your file as a ready-to-press sublimation transfer and ship it to your door — you press it onto your blanks. Full color, no minimums, one sheet carries the same weight as fifty.

HOW IT WORKS — Order by print width. Then email your file to Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number. (File intake is by email — there is no on-page uploader.) We check the file and send you a digital proof. You approve it — nothing prints before your approval. Then we print the transfer and ship it with tracking.

YOUR FILE — PNG or PDF, 300 DPI at the exact print size you ordered. Do not mirror the artwork — we mirror it for production. If the file has a problem — low resolution, wrong size — we tell you exactly what to fix before it costs anybody a sheet. We do not print low-resolution files as-is.

THE WIDTHS — Up to 8.5 in (sheet up to 8.5 x 11): printed at the house on our in-house line. We send a digital proof for your approval, and your order's timing is confirmed in writing at proof. 13 in (sheet up to 13 x 19) and 24 in (print up to 24 x 36): these widths are intake and proof only at the house — your production turnaround is confirmed in writing at proof, before anything prints. Wide work is scheduled, never guessed at.

KNOW YOUR BLANKS — Sublimation bonds with polyester and polymer-coated blanks, on white or light colors. The ink does not print white, and it will not hold on dark garments or untreated cotton — the color of your blank shows through the design. Press time, temperature, and pressure follow your blank maker's instructions.

THE HONEST PART — No exact color matching: colors print true to the file, not true to your screen. What we promise is the proof, the confirmed turnaround, and a reprint if we get it wrong.
