Every custom piece at ITT TOLD'EM is made to order for one person. Before anything is made, you receive a digital proof of your piece — production only begins after you approve it. That proof is the house's promise: what you approved is what we make.
If your piece arrives as something other than what you approved, write to us first at Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number and we will make it right.
If your piece arrives damaged, the same promise holds: write to Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number and we will make it right — repair, remake, or refund where the piece cannot be made right. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under applicable law.
