Every custom piece at ITT TOLD'EM is made to order for one person. Before anything is made, you receive a digital proof of your piece — production only begins after you approve it. That proof is the house's promise: what you approved is what we make.

If your piece arrives as something other than what you approved, write to us first at Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Every custom piece is made to order for one person, and production begins only after you approve a digital proof. If your piece arrives as something other than what you approved — or arrives damaged — write to Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number and we will make it right: repair, remake, or refund where the piece cannot be made right. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.
