These terms apply to your use of ittoldem.com and to purchases from ITT TOLD'EM. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ITT TOLD'EM sells apparel and custom design services through ittoldem.com. Custom pieces are made to order at the Wayne, New Jersey studio.

For a custom order, you upload your design or picture on the product page. We send you a digital proof, and production begins only after you approve that proof.

Prices are shown at checkout, and payment is made through the store checkout. Please check your order details before you complete your purchase.

Intellectual property in designs you upload belongs to you. By uploading a design, you confirm that you have the right to use it for your custom piece.

Please use the store lawfully and respectfully, and do not upload material that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store is provided as described on ittoldem.com, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
