Send your design file to Orders@ittoldem.com with your order number. We check the file and send you a digital proof. You approve it — nothing prints before your approval. Then we print, press, and ship the finished garment with tracking. Proof inside one business day; finished work ships three to five business days after approval.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYOUR FILE\u003c\/strong\u003e — PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at the exact print size you ordered. Do not mirror the artwork — we handle orientation. Vector files (AI \/ EPS \/ SVG) are welcome too. If the file has a problem — low resolution, a background baked in — we tell you exactly what to fix before it costs anybody a shirt.
